Indian Air Force Recruitment 2019, Application Invited for Airmen Posts in Group X and Y Trade: Indian Air Force (IAF) has published Notification for the post of Airman in GROUP ‘X’ and Group Y Trades for 2/2020 course. Indian Air Force invites unmarried male citizens of India and Nepal born between 19 July 1999 and 01 July 2003 (both days inclusive). Candidates can apply Indian Air Force Recruitment 2019 for Group X (except Education Instructor) Trades and Group Y (except IAF(S) & Musician) Trades before the 15 July 2019.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Airmen Posts in Group X and Y
Educational Qualification:Â
(For Group ‘X’ Trades) : Candidates should have Intermediate/10+2/ pass or Equivalent examination from Education Board listed as member by COBSE (or) Three years Diploma Course in Engineering from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute.
(For Group ‘Y’ Trades): Two year vocational course from Education Boards  listed as COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English
Age Limit:Â
Candidate born between 19 July 1999 and 01 July 2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 21 years.
Examination Fee: Examination fee of Rs.250/- is to be paid by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/Internet Banking through the payment gateway. The examination fee can also be paid by Challan payment at any Axis Bank Branch.
