The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the official notification for the CDS 2 2021 exam on 04 August 2021. Note: Applicants who are in their final year/semester of a degree program and have yet to pass the final year degree examination are also eligible to apply. How to Apply Online for CDS 2 2021 Exam

Interested candidates are advised to read the official notification thoroughly to check the required eligibility norms. If they meet the specified eligibility criteria for the CDS 2 2021 exam, then they can apply online through the official website of the UPSC from 04 August 2021 - 24 August 2021. Following are the stepwise instructions to fill the online application form

Step 1: Visit the official website of the UPSC https://upsconline.nic.in/
Step 2: Click on “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC”
Step 3: Now, select the CDS Exam and click on the “Part I Registration”
Step 4: Now, fill in the required details and complete the registration process.
Step 5: Now, you will receive a registration ID through SMS on your registered number.
Step 6: Now, Click on “Part II Registration” and log in with the RID and Date of Birth
Step 7: Make a payment of the exam fee, i.e., INR 200/- through any of the digital modes.
Step 8: Now, select the exam center as per your preference for the CDS written examination.
Step 9: Upload your photo, signature, and a valid ID proof within the size of 20 KB - 300 KB
Step 10: Now, click on “Agreeing to Declaration” and submit the online application form.

Note: Candidates are advised to take a printout of their online application form for further reference. Female / SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
