Atal Innovation Mission has launched ATL Sarthi.

• The Atal Innovation Mission was started by Niti Ayog in 2016.
• ATL Sarthi which has been launched by Atal Innovation Mission aims at strengthening the growing ecosystem of Atal Tinkering Labs.

India hosts the ‘SCO International Conference on Shared Buddhists Heritage’.

• This conference was hosted at Vigyan Bhawan New Delhi.
• SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) was established on 15 June 2001.
• The Headquarters of SCO is situated in Beijing, China.
• Members of SCO are China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

Bar Council of India (BCI) allows Foreign Law Firms and Lawyers to practice in India

• The Bar Council of India is a statutory body that regulates legal practice in India.

The Name of the Prakritik Krishi Paddhati Scheme has been changed to the National Mission of Natural Farming

• National Mission on Natural Farming aims to promote Natural Farming.
• Natural Farming is a method of farming in which zero chemicals are used.

Denmark becomes the first country to bury Co2 under the sea.

• Denmark has buried this imported Co2 under the North Sea.
• This is considered to be the most viable way of carbon sequestration (carbon storage).

US Senate passes resolution to declare Arunachal Pradesh as an integral part of India.

• MacMohan Lines divides Boundary between India and China.
• US Parliament is known as ‘Congress’ and it has two houses. The lower house is the House of Representatives, and the Upper House is the Senate.
