NDA 2 2021 Result Date

 

Following the successful conclusion of the written exam on November 14, 2021, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to declare the NDA 2 2021 result for the written exam in January 2022. The result will be provided in PDF format and will include the eligible candidates' roll numbers. Candidates are shortlisted for the SSB Interview based on their NDA written exam results. After the SSB Interview, the NDA 2 2021 final result will be announced. The combined scores of the written exam and the SSB Interview are used to determine the final result. The Union Public Service Commission reserves the right to change the results dates based on future circumstances.

 

NDA 2 2021 Scorecard Details

Within 15 days after the announcement of the NDA final result, candidates' mark sheets are made available on the official website. For a period of 30 days, you can download the scorecard. The following information is included on the NDA scorecard:

 

  • Name of the candidate

  • Roll number of the candidate 

  • Sectional and aggregate score 

 

How will candidates' scores for the NDA 2 2021 written exam be calculated?

When computing candidates' scores, UPSC uses a marking methodology. There are a total of 120 questions in the Mathematics section. Candidates receive 2.5 marks for each right answer in the Mathematics paper.

The NDA exam's General Ability Test (GAT) portion contains 150 objective questions. For each correct answer, candidates receive four marks. In both papers, 0.33 percent of the marks awarded to that particular question is deducted for each incorrect answer.

What after the declaration of the NDA 2 2021 result?

After completion of the NDA written exam, the qualified candidates are called for an Interview conducted by the members of the Services Selection Board (SSB).  The SSB Interview involves a cluster of personality assessments, psychological tests, and the suitability of a candidate for getting inducted into the defence forces. The officer-like qualities ("OLQs") are the most important aspects that help the Services Selection Board to select the best suitable candidates.

  • Candidates should also develop good observation skills and problem-solving approaches to tackle different situations with ease.

  • The SSB is responsible to assess and recommend eligible candidates for National Defence Academy for further training and commission.

  • The whole selection procedure in the SSB Interview is based on the concept of Manasa, Vacha, and Karmana, which means the active involvement of mind, speech, and actions.

  • Candidates must have a good command with active participation to deal with various tasks like SRT, WAT, PGT, Final Group Task, Physical Test, and other Group Obstacles. 

  • Aspirants should have proficient communication skills along with having an extensive knowledge of Current Affairs to deal with relevant questions during the SSB Interview.
