NDA GAT Previous Years Question Paper with Answer Keys

NDA is a national-level defence exam conducted to select candidates for 3 years training program at National Defence Academy. After completing their 3 years of training and 1 year of parent academy (IMA, AFA, and INA), successful cadets are commissioned into Army, Navy, and Airforce. Candidates have selected Naval Academy also through NDA Exam. These Cadets are trained at Indian Naval Academy for four years of the B.tech programme.

NDA Exam is conducted in two stages. The first stage is the Written Exam and the second stage is SSB which includes five days of the interview process and a medical test. The first paper in NDA is Mathematics and the second paper is GAT (General Ability Test).

NDA GAT (General Ability Test) Paper

NDA General Ability Test Paper consists of two parts- in the first part, questions about English are asked. These questions are based on basic English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, etc. In the second part, questions are asked about physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, polity, and current affairs. Candidates have to study subjects up to the 12th level for NDA GAT Paper. There will be total of 150 questions in the NDA GAT Paper and you will get two and half hours to solve NDA GAT Paper. The total marks in NDA GAT Paper will be 600 it means you will get 4 marks for one correct answer. Candidates should keep in mind that there will be negative markings on the NDA GAT Paper.
