The Indian Army has issued the official notification for Agniveer General Duty (Women) in the Corps of Military Police. Under the newly launched Agnipath scheme, Army Agniveer GD Women Recruitment 2022 will be conducted by respective Zonal Recruiting Offices (ZROs) of the Indian Army. Eligibility Criteria for Agniveer GD Women 2022

The eligibility requirements for recruitment as an Agniveer GD Women have been announced by the Indian Army on its official website. The upper age limit would be temporarily waived for the projected recruiting cycle for 2022, as the government has also determined. The maximum age for the Agnipath scheme recruitment process in 2022 has been increased as a result to 23 years. • 01 October 2022 will be taken as the effective date for determining age eligibility for candidates.

• Height should be 162 cm and weight should be proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical standards.

• Upper Age limit will be relaxable upto 30 yrs of age in respect of widows of Defence personnel who have died while serving.

Army Agniveer GD Women Salary Package

On completion of the engagement period of four years, Agniveers GD Women will be eligible to receive the ‘Seva Nidhi’ package, which shall comprise their contribution to the Agniveer Corpus Fund and a matching contribution from the Government and interest on the accumulated amount.
