• India and Japan are going to start a joint initiative called India and Japan Act East Forum to develop Northeast India.

ISRO is going to launch a new navigation satellite.

• ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) is going to launch a new navigation satellite NVS-01 from its launch vehicle GSLV.

Kheer Bhawani Mela was organized in Jammu and Kashmir.

India is going to appeal against the EU’s Carbon Levy.

• Europen Union had levied customs duties on import products based on carbon footprints generated during production, which is known as Carbon Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
• India is going to appeal against this measure in WTO as this mechanism will severely impact Indian Industry.

Bank of Maharashtra Emerges as Top Performer in NPA Management during Financial Year 2023.

• Bank of Maharashtra's outstanding NPA management, along with its high provision coverage ratio, strong capital adequacy ratio, and significant loan growth, positions the bank as a leading player.
• Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) achieved a remarkably low net non-performing assets (NPAs) ratio of 0.25% during the financial year 2022-2023.
