TES 43 Notification

Technical Entry Scheme, shortly spelt as TES is yet another brilliant chance to join the Indian Army.

TES is especially designed for 10+2 students. Yes you need not be a graduate or an Engineer, just clear your board exams and enter the grounds of Army.

 

Essential point- to- notes about TES incorporates:

PCM (Physics- Chemistry- Mathematics) stream is compulsory; requirement of minimum 70% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; there is no written exam; candidates are shortlisted through their merit and cut off is released; selected candidates are then called for SSB interview+ medical tests. The training period of those admitted lasts upto 5 years (1 year at OTA and 4 years at “cadet trainin g wings”) after which they get to serve at the position of Lt.

TES 43 Notification Dates

  • TES registration begins- 15 October, 2019
  • Registration closes on- 13 Nov, 2019
  • SSB dates- January, 2020
  • Merit list declaration- June 2020
  • The notification comes twice a year in the month of June- July and next in the month of October- Novemeber.

TES 43 Age Limit: 16.5 years to 19.5 years

TES 43 Educational Qualification: Applicants should be citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan, Nepal or a refugee of Tibet.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 level of education from a recognized college with 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

 

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online. Just log in to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. and begin your registration.

Furthermore keep your documents ready and they include your marksheets, I.D proof, and passport size photographs.

 

Procedure- Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their marks in 10+2 level. They will then be called for a 5 day SSB interview following which there will be a medical assessment and the final bunch of students will be sent for training.
