CAPF 2020 Notification
UPSC on 18 August, 2020 released Central Armed Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination notification for the total 209 vacancies on its official website www.upsc.gov.in. Candidates can apply online for the CAPF examination 2020, for complete details candidates instructed to visit official website. The Union Public Service Commission will hold a Written Examination on 20th December, 2020 for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
The CAPF online applications can be filled up to 7th September, 2020 till 18.00 Hours, after which the link will be disabled. The CAPF online applications can be withdrawn from 14th September, 2020 to 20th September, 2020 till 6.00 PM after which the link will be disabled.

Important Note: The number of vacancies mentioned above is liable to alteration. Reservation will be given effect to as per policy of the Govt. 10% of the vacancies are earmarked for exservicemen.

Important Documents Required for CAPF (AC):-
|
Candidate should have details of one Photo ID Card viz. Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government. |

The details of this Photo ID Card will have to be provided by the candidate while filling up the online application form. |
|
The candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of the Photo ID whose details have been provided in the online application by him/her. |

Important Note: ALL FEMALE CANDIDATES AND CANDIDATES BELONGING TO SCHEDULED CASTES/ SCHEDULED TRIBES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY ANY FEE. NO FEE EXEMPTION IS, HOWEVER, AVAILABLE TO OBC/EWS CANDIDATES AND THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL PRESCRIBED FEE.
