The evaluation by the Services Selection Board (SSB) is the most important aspect in the recommendation of a candidate. If you succeed at responding to questions during your personal interview, it will undoubtedly boost your SSB score. Tricky questions are not frequently asked, but the Intelligence Officer (IO) may occasionally present you with situations and seek your response.
